SIKA GROUTS-MONOTOPS

SikaGrout GP is a general purpose cementitious grout that is shrinkage compensated.

Uses:

• General purpose grouting.
• Machine and structural base plants.
• Anchor bolts.
• Pre-cast concrete sections.
• Cavities, gaps and recesses.

SikaGrout-100 is a ready mixed; high strength, highly fluid Portland cement grout containing an admixture that compensates for the shrinkage normally associated with Portland cement based grout.

Uses:

• For applications where gas generation curing plastic expansion is undesirable eg. hydrogen generation in underground mine applications.
• Microconcreting for concrete repair work.
• Machine bedplates.
• Anchor bolts.
• Bridge bearing pads.
• Pre-cast concrete sections.
• Cavities, gaps and recesses.

SikaGrout-212 HP is a ready mixed, high quality, Portland cement that expands in two stages to counteract the shrinkage normally associated with Portland cement grouts.
SikaGrout-212 HP is a blend of Portland cement, carefully selected and graded aggregates and Sika Admixtures, enabling it to achieve high strengths in short times, making SikaGrout-212 HP suitable for grouting fixing bolts and anchors or bedding machinery in the most demanding of circumstances.

Sika MonoTop-610 is a one-component, cementitious, polymer modified mortar containing silica fume and corrosion inhibitors..

Uses:
As a treatment for preventing continued corrosion of steel reinforcement in concrete, and as a bonding bridge for concrete patching mortar. Sika MonoTop-610 is an integral component of the Sika MonoTop Concrete Repair

Sika MonoTop-615 HB is a cementitious polymer and Silica Fume modified, onecomponent repair and patching mortar.

Uses:
As a repair mortar on concrete structures affected by spalling due to corroding reinforcement.
As a concrete patching and reprofiling mortar for the treatment of:

• Honeycombing and voids caused by faulty formwork.
• Broken upstands, ribs, edges, etc. on architectural units.
• Break outs for service entrances in walls and slabs etc.

Sika MonoTop-620 is a cementitious polymer modified mortar containing Silica Fume for use as a finishing and protective top coat for concrete repair patches.

Uses:

As a thin layer fairing or sealing skim coat to concrete, mortar patches and screeds, in vertical, horizontal and overhead applications.

Restores the appearance of homeycombed or surface impaired concrete caused by faulty formwork. Provides a continuous dense and smooth surface that will allow protective and other architectural coatings to be applied free of pin holes.

As a thin skin protective seal coat to concrete where the reinforcement is susceptible to corrosion.

Sikafloor-Level-25 (au) is a one part, polymer modified, pumpable self smoothing cementitious industrial grade screed.

Uses:

• Sikafloor-Level-25 (au) is a versatile and durable sub-floor cementitious screed which can be applied manually or by pump to achieve rapid, flat, economic substrate levelling prior to the application of the final floor finish.
• Typical uses are in warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, commercial buildings, even residential and domestic properties etc.
• For “weekend” floor repairs.
• Levelling pre-cast concrete planks.
